By accessing or using Tunnl ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and subscribers.
2. Description of Service
Tunnl provides a proxy/VPN service designed to route internet traffic through encrypted connections using VLESS/XTLS technology. The Service enables users to access internet content securely and privately. Tunnl is intended primarily for students seeking unrestricted access to the open internet on campus networks.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must:
- Create an account with accurate, complete, and current information.
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
- Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 13 years of age to register for an account. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agrees to these Terms.
4. Subscription Plans & Billing
Tunnl offers the following plans, which may be updated from time to time:
- Free Trial — 1 GB data allowance with random server access. No payment required.
- Basic Plan (₹100/mo) — 50 GB bandwidth, unlimited devices, access to US, IN, and SG servers.
- Premium Plan (₹200/mo) — 100 GB bandwidth, unlimited devices, access to US, IN, and SG servers.
All paid plans are billed on a monthly recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use Tunnl only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Service to:
- Engage in illegal activities, including distributing malware, hacking, fraud, or trafficking.
- Send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or conduct phishing attacks.
- Distribute copyrighted material without authorization.
- Attempt to compromise, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the infrastructure of the Service.
- Share, resell, or redistribute your account credentials or access.
Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of your account without notice or refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, and software associated with Tunnl are the property of Tunnl and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service.
7. Service Availability & Modifications
Tunnl strives for 99% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tunnl and its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and any remaining subscription period is forfeited.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in India.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.
